Winchester engagement shoot
A beautiful winter Winchester engagement shoot around Winchester Cathedral and gardens
First of all, Happy Valentine’s Day everyone! I hope you’re all having a lovely day and have plans to spend time with your loved one this evening. I’m going out for a yummy Thai meal with my husband later, which I’m looking forward to. Anyway, yesterday I had the pleasure of photographing the lovely Becky and Adam for the Winchester engagement shoot around Winchester Cathedral and gardens. They chose this area as Becky grew up in Winchester and it holds a special place in both their hearts as they met there. Towards the end of their engagement shoot they showed me the exact place where they met and had their first date, a cosy 18th Century inn called The Old Vine, so we of course ended the shoot with a few pics outside the pub.
Becky told me that she was quite nervous about the shoot, but when it came to it, she seemed the exact opposite and was super smiley and happy, in fact both Becky and Adam were absolute pros in front go the camera, considering they had never had any professional photos taken together before! I barely had to give them any direction at all as they just did their own thing and looked so cute and in love, I just snapped away and we got some lovely, natural photos of them both.
Top job guys, you’re going to be amazing on your wedding day and I can’t wait to capture it for you! 🙂 Have the best Valentines day and I’ll see you both in on the big day at The Italian Villa in April!
I had such a lovely time capturing Becky and Adam’s beautiful Winchester engagement shoot!
