Ring shots

Wedding Ring shots

I love doing ring shots on a wedding day! It’s when I can get super creative, as I generally do ring shots when everyone is eating, so there’s not so much of a time restraint. I always use my surroundings to get pretty close ups of my couple’s gorgeous wedding rings and try and incorporate details from their day, such as the bride’s bouquet or table flowers, invitations/order of service, other decor and I just generally aim to produce visually appealing close-up shots of the wedding rings with my macro lens.

I just recently picked up my own wedding ring and my partner’s from The Ring Studio in Southampton, you can read more and see my wedding rings on one of my recent blog posts, here’s the link to that – If you haven’t yet purchased your wedding rings, I can definitely recommend The Ring Studio as the customer service was brilliant, the pricing was reasonable for the high quality and the rings were completely bespoke. We chose the style, the metal and of course the size and even had the inside engraved with our initials and wedding date, which was complimentary. We’re really happy with our beautiful platinum rings, so definitely check out The Ring Studio if you’re looking for high quality, custom wedding rings.
